The Albany State University softball team finished the season with a 5-14 overall record and 16-6 within the SIAC. AS a result of their onfield exploits the GOlden Rams secured the #2seed in the upcoming SIAC Softball Tournament, for which ASU is the host school, will commence Tuesday, May 2.
Albany State will take on Miles College, the Western Division’s #3 seed. The two teams last squared off May 5, 2022 , a matchup in which the Golden Rams came away with a 4-1 victory.
The winner between Albany State a Miles will move on to face the winner between #1 Western seed Spring Hill and #4 out og the East, Clark Atlantam who plays 3:00 pm EST on Tuesday afternoon.
